K.C.C. Outcome – Focus is giving Cavendish Court a new purpose while retaining the strength of its original layout: many individual units brought together within one centre.
Cavendish Court
Cavendish Court has long formed part of Keighley's town-centre landscape as a shopping centre comprising individual commercial units and shared circulation areas.
That original structure lends itself naturally to a new model in which different specialist services can operate with their own identity while remaining connected within one destination.
A new chapter
K.C.C. Outcome – Focus is transforming the centre into a diverse environment for learning, independence, creativity, wellbeing, technology, activity and community use.
Former retail spaces are being reimagined as immersive and sensory environments, hydrotherapy facilities, fitness and wellbeing spaces, digital and media rooms, cooking and life-skills areas, creative rooms and shared community facilities.
The building has a past. Together, we're creating its future.
The long-term approach allows individual services to grow independently while K.C.C. Outcome – Focus provides the wider identity and Cavendish Court provides the shared destination.
Independent identities
Individual businesses and services can develop their own names, websites, booking routes and marketing over time.
Shared purpose
Different spaces can support different outcomes while remaining part of the same wider environment.
How this website will develop
This is the first version of the central K.C.C. Outcome – Focus website. As individual services are named and launched, each can be given its own page and, where appropriate, its own independent website.
